Presence NEMT is a nurse-owned non-emergency medical transportation company serving Fort Worth, Dallas and the surrounding DFW area. We work directly with families and facilities, and we also engage with transportation brokers and healthcare organizations that coordinate rides on behalf of a larger patient population.

Trip Types We Accept
We do not provide ambulance-level or emergency transportation. If a trip requires active medical intervention en route, it should be dispatched to an ambulance provider instead.

Communication and Coordination
Brokers and organizations need to know a trip happened without having to chase it down. We coordinate pickup confirmation and arrival status back to the assigning party, and dispatch is local and staffed 24/7 so schedule changes or same-day issues can be handled by phone rather than a ticket queue.
How trips are assigned, confirmed and reported is worked out during onboarding based on the systems and reporting your organization already uses — we adapt to your process rather than asking you to adapt to ours.
