Choose the Lane That Fits Your Organization
Each lane goes to the page and inquiry form built for it, so your message reaches the right person at dispatch instead of a generic inbox.
Brokers & Health Plans
NEMT Brokers & Healthcare Organizations
For transportation brokers, health plans and managed-care organizations evaluating a nurse-owned provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We will tell you plainly what geography, mobility levels and trip volume we can cover before anything is scheduled.
- Ambulatory, wheelchair, bariatric and reclined-positioning capability from one provider
- Local DFW dispatch reachable 24/7 by call or text
- Straight answers on capacity instead of accepting trips we cannot cover
Case Management
Case Managers & Discharge Planners
For hospital case managers, discharge planners, care coordinators and social workers who need a ride confirmed while the patient is still in front of them.
- Discharge, facility-to-facility and return-home transportation
- Mobility and positioning discussed with a nurse-owned team
- Recurring treatment schedules set up once rather than trip by trip
Facilities
Hospitals, SNFs, Assisted Living, Memory Care & Rehab
For facilities that need a dependable transportation provider for residents and patients — scheduled appointments, therapy series, transfers and discharges.
- Standing schedules for dialysis, infusion, therapy and follow-up care
- Door-through-door assistance, including suite-level arrival
- One dispatch contact for changes, additions and cancellations
Workers' Comp | Employer Injury | Return-to-Work
Presence Occupational Injury Transportation
For everyone who arranges treatment trips for an injured worker: TPAs, adjusters, carriers, self-insured employers, non-subscriber plan administrators, risk managers, nurse case management firms and return-to-work coordinators.
- Occupational medicine, therapy, imaging, orthopedic and return-to-work trips
- Full plans of care scheduled as one standing series
- No affiliation, contract, certification or network relationship is implied or represented unless verified — we are a local transportation vendor
Legal
Workers' Comp & Personal Injury Law Firms
For firms that need dependable transportation for injured clients to approved treatment destinations. Presence provides the transportation only — no legal involvement, no lien arrangements, no case funding and no advice of any kind.
- One-time trips or recurring treatment schedules
- Ambulatory, wheelchair, bariatric and reclined-positioning transportation
- Trip completion reported back to the coordinating contact you name
Injury Care Providers
Occupational Medicine, PT/Rehab, Imaging & Orthopedics
For clinics and practices losing schedule slots to transportation problems. Refer a patient for a single visit, or hand us an entire recurring plan of care and stop rebooking rides visit by visit.
- Arrivals timed to your schedule, not an open-ended window
- The right vehicle matched to the patient's actual mobility level
- Post-procedure rides home when the patient cannot drive
Employers & Benefits
Employer, HR & Benefits Teams
For employers, HR and benefits teams exploring whether medical transportation belongs in the support they offer employees and their family members. Nothing is bundled or pre-priced — we scope what is realistic for your locations and headcount first.
- Rides to medical appointments for employees or their dependents
- Support for employees caring for an aging parent
- Injured-employee treatment trips coordinated through Presence Occupational Injury Transportation
Pediatric Care Teams
Pediatric Care Teams & Family Support Organizations
For pediatric discharge planners, case managers, therapy clinics, home health coordinators, and foster or kinship agencies arranging transportation for a medically stable child. Presence NEMT is nurse-owned, and the owner's nursing background includes years of pediatric home-care nursing.
- Specialist, therapy, imaging and post-procedure trips, one-time or as a standing series
- Wheelchair, adaptive and reclined positioning confirmed with dispatch before scheduling
- Non-emergency only — we say plainly when a request belongs with EMS instead

How Working With Presence Actually Starts
There is no portal to learn and no onboarding queue. A first conversation is a phone call or a short form, and it starts with the same three questions: where are the trips, what mobility levels are involved, and how often. If any part of that falls outside what we can cover well, we say so before anything is scheduled.
- Tell us the geography, trip types and frequency
- We confirm coverage, vehicle type and realistic timing
- Vendor or referral paperwork completed on request
- One local 24/7 dispatch line for every change afterward
What We Do Not Claim
Presence NEMT is a nurse-owned non-emergency medical transportation company. We do not publish claims about contracts, network membership, payer relationships or named facility partnerships, and nothing on this site should be read as one. We are not an emergency ambulance service and do not provide clinical care en route. Call 911 in an emergency.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you already contract with brokers, health plans or TPAs?
- We do not publish claims about any specific broker, plan, carrier or TPA relationship. Send an inquiry and we will tell you directly what we can cover and what paperwork we can complete.
- Which form should my organization use?
- Use the page that matches your lane above — broker and healthcare organization, case management, facility, occupational injury, legal, injury-care provider, or employer and benefits. Each one reaches the same local dispatch team, tagged so the right person answers.
- Can an organization set up recurring transportation?
- Yes. Recurring dialysis, infusion, therapy and follow-up schedules are set up once as a standing series rather than booked trip by trip.
- Do you need medical information to arrange a trip?
- No. Dispatch needs the pickup, the destination, the appointment time and the mobility level. Clinical detail stays between the passenger and their treating provider.
- What areas do you cover?
- Tarrant County, Dallas County and Wise County, Texas, plus neighboring Dallas-Fort Worth communities. Trips beyond that are arranged as quoted long-distance transportation.
