We don't publish star ratings or quoted testimonials on our own site. Here's what families and care teams tell us matters, and where to find or leave an honest review.
What Families and Care Teams Tell Us Matters
We talk with families and care teams every day about what makes a ride actually work for them. It usually comes down to a short list: being on time, being told the truth about timing when plans change, and having a driver who treats the passenger with patience and respect rather than rushing them.
Those conversations shape how we run dispatch and train drivers. These are commitments we hold ourselves to, not quotes from a review, and we'd rather describe them plainly here than dress them up as testimonials.
Our Commitments to Every Rider
- Show up within the agreed window, and communicate proactively the moment that's not going to happen
- Allow real time for patients who move slowly, use a wheelchair, or need a steady arm — never rush a transfer
- Keep drivers and dispatch reachable by phone, not hidden behind an app with no live person to call
- Treat every passenger, regardless of age or condition, with the same patience we'd want for our own family
- Tell case managers and families the truth about timing, capacity, and equipment rather than overpromising to win a booking
A Note on What You Won't Find Here
We won't post star ratings, review counts, or quoted testimonials on this page. As a newer, nurse-owned company, we don't think it's fair to readers to display numbers or quotes on our own website that can't be independently checked. Only authentic customer reviews, submitted directly by riders and families on public platforms like Google, are ever displayed anywhere — and we never fabricate or edit them.
If you want to see what real customers have said, or leave your own honest feedback, the best place is our Google Business Profile.
Share Your Experience
Our public review profile is being set up. Until the direct link is live, the fastest way to tell us how a ride went — good or bad — is to call or text dispatch. We read every message, and we would rather hear a concern than have you stay quiet about it.
How to Give Us Feedback
- Call or text dispatch at (817) 900-6368 and tell us the date of the ride.
- Share your honest experience — what went well, and anything we could do better.
- If something went wrong, tell us plainly. We follow up rather than defend.
Only authentic customer reviews are ever displayed, and only on independent platforms like Google — never fabricated or edited on our own site. We never offer anything in exchange for a review and we never filter who is asked.
Frequently Asked Questions
