This is companion and caregiving support during commercial air travel. It is not an air ambulance, not a medical flight, and not emergency in-flight medical care. If a traveler needs clinical care or monitoring in the air, that requires an air medical transport provider, not a travel companion.

- Can I hire a nurse to fly with my elderly parent?
- Yes, when arranged in advance and staffing allows. - Is a travel companion the same as a flight nurse?
- No. 'Flight nurse' usually refers to a nurse working on an air ambulance or medical flight, providing clinical care in the air. Presence arranges a CNA, medical assistant or nurse travel companion for ordinary commercial flights — accompaniment, mobility help and routine support within scope. We do not provide air ambulance service or emergency in-flight medical care.

- Yes. An airport travel companion can meet the traveler at home or a facility, handle the ride to DFW International or Dallas Love Field, and stay with them through check-in, security and the gate — either boarding the flight with them or handing off at the gate, whichever you arrange.
