Presence NEMT collects only the information needed to arrange safe, dependable non-emergency medical transportation — and treats it with the same care we give our passengers.
Information We Collect
When you call, text, use our chat, or submit a form on this website, we collect only what is needed to arrange transportation: the passenger or requester name, phone number, email address if provided, pickup and destination locations, date and time of the trip, mobility requirements such as ambulatory or wheelchair, and any scheduling notes you choose to share.
Our website also records standard technical information such as pages visited, referring website, and campaign parameters in the address bar. This helps us understand which advertising and search activity brings people to the site.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used to contact you, confirm trip details, dispatch a vehicle and driver, communicate with the facility or family member coordinating the ride, and keep accurate transportation records.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people involved in delivering your transportation, or when required by law.
Text Message Consent
If you consent to SMS communication, we may text you about scheduling, driver arrival, and service notifications. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of transportation.
Health Information
We ask for the minimum mobility information needed to send the right vehicle and level of assistance. Please do not send diagnoses or detailed medical history through website forms or chat. When Presence NEMT transports patients on behalf of a hospital, facility, or health organization, protected health information is handled according to our agreements with those organizations and applicable law.
